We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, please read these terms and conditions before using the Website which is operated by Phones Corporation Ltd. By using this Website or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bounded by, the terms and conditions set forth below. Product & Warranties:

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on the Website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this Website as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this Website.

Please note that some products' instruction manuals may not be in English due to our vast international supply source. Please note that in the case where you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual you will be able to download the English manual by using a link that can be provided to you by Phones Corporation Ltd. where requested.

The delivery takes about three - four days upon the order has been shipped out.
All the products have the english language installed by default.
We are providing DOA (Dead on Arrival) on all of our products, and customer need to report any DOA items within 24 hours after package received. We do perform a quality check before shipment. There all items are guaranteed 100% working properly before ship out.
Products sold on Phones Corporation.com do not carry any manufacture warranty.
We offer an extensive warranty service on some of our products. If this service is available, it will appear on the item's page as option.
Furthermore some products on our site do come with " One Year International Warranty " already included in the list price, if this is the case, it would be stated in the product description.

Availability:

All products and/or services displayed on this Website are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order and get the full refund or to continue with the order at the corrected price.

Pricing is subject to change across the Website on a weekly basis without any prior notification, Phones Corporation Ltd. will fulfil the order for the price displayed at the time of purchase, if the price of a product decreases after purchase due to external factors in the market, Phones Corporation Ltd. will not be held responsible.

Credit Card payments:

All credit and debit card transactions are handled by PayPal on their own SSL secured server.
PayPal take security very seriously, and they assure your credit card details are securely sent from your computer to PayPal, with 128-bits industry standard SSL encryption.
Phones Corporation.com will not be given your credit or debit card details from PayPal.
All we receive from PayPal is an email informing us that they have received your payment.
If you place an order with credit card follow these steps to speed up the things with the verification security checking:
1st a PayPal verified account with verified shipping address is appreciated.
2nd don't create an account with a free email address like hotmail – yahoo etc., this will speed up your order's processing.

Customs & Import Duties:

Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties that may be applicable with their order depending on their country/region. Please ensure that you fully understand import laws before placing your order with Phones Corporation Ltd.

Shipping:

Goods ordered from Phones Corporation are shipped securely from our Hong Kong logistics facility, not the United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated).
Orders are Processed within 24/48 hrs after payment (except during the weekend periods & bank holidays). Delivery is approximately 3-4 business days after processing is complete.
After an order has been despatched successfully, we will provide a tracking number. You can then view the status of your order directly online.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping Insurance Fees are to ensure protection for your shipments from door to door. This service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external causes during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement or repair cost of the shipments transported and transportation charges are automatically insured with your shipment.
Phones Corporation will not be held responsible for lost/stolen items if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of order.
Please take note that all packages shipped out without shipping insurance are covered by the respective freight provider based on their limited liability of the following amounts: US$100.00

Return Policy:


The return policy governs any purchase made through our Website. We authorise the return on products that are brand new & un-used only.
Phones Corporation Ltd. offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival (Dead on Arrival) at your location. The 7 Days period starts when the item shows delivered. Customer's returned item must meet these requirements in order to be accepted by us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
  • Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Phones Corporation Ltd.
  • For Item becomes defective after the 7 Days of delivery, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Buyer should be aware that products sold by us do not come with any manufacture warranty.
  • All returned items for refund must be brand new and un-used, unless otherwise faulty.
  • All goods MUST be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging and damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within a further 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any kind after this period.


All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items).
